Why do you need to connect the usb terminal to Toshiba drive?

I also require the toshiba SATA terminal connection layout. You do need to connect terminal to allow capture of the CP modules?

Thanks
Joel

Is the ground pin required? On the deepspar forum they only show the txd/rxd connected.

You need only TX and RX attached to the middle jumper pins.

At terminal window hit "Enter" you should see a ">" sign if terminal is correctly attached.

IF not, switch positions of TX + RX connections.
