i pached rom after rewrite rom in utility

and Run utility
Software can`t control COM port signal level for this USB/COM adapter

i try to access to middle LBA HDD
I Have access to lba with 1-300 KB spped in middle or end of HDD LBA with all Head
and also dont have full access to terminal and terminal hang on
