m2 SK hynix

Postby Southman343 » 28.11.23, 10:46

Hi Friends

SK hynix (HFM256GDJTNG) BC501 with HFB1M8M0331A controller. I can't find contacts to transfer to safe mode. If someone has encountered this ssd, please help.

Thanks

Hello,

SAFE MODE will block access to NAND chips array, so you would be able work with the drive RAM + CPU. Not sure how exactly it should help :)

The problem is that the loader does not load due to an error in transferring the drive to safe mode, but thanks for the advice

But there is no Sk Hynix Utility in PC-3000 SSD, and no available loaders for this type of CPU.

It's a BGA-SSD drive, where controller, RAM and NAND chips are integrated into a common silicon layer.
