i had the MCMT error before and fixed it with terminal commands but i have no terminal access now

any solutions how to reach access to terminal or how to solve the error else ?

Source of the post Software can`t control COM port signal level for this USB/COM adapter

This means you have PC USB Terminal 2 and software cannot change voltage which may be required or recommended for this model.

You can purchase PC USB Terminal 3 to solve the problem.

But as far as I remember ST3000DM001 can work with Terminal 2 without issues.

Double check the connection just to be sure.

i have USB Terminal 3 and also checked the connection.
it works fine with other drives

i have termial access now but i have two errors.

Search for MCMT RAM FD in RAM........... Error
and
SMP Dbl: 0x3C001000 - 0x0001FFFF (0x0000000F)

i tried to regenerate MCMT but i did not work.
anyone know how to solve the problem ?

So you didn't resolve MCMT issues but just imaged the drive?
