You will need to decrypt data if SED is not active.
Active SED - data reads unencrypted
Disabled SED - data reads encrypted
I do not think you can decrypt this in PC3000. Also, it will not read with security active. I also believe removing this password will affect encryption (you can test it at mod 124 or 127 - I dont remember exactly) but back up all SA first, clear password module, then put SED back and check now if you get sector access while SED is active and password is removed. If any problems, then restore original copies of modified modules.
Other option is make image with SED off and data encrypted, then restore image to other spyglass with SATA conversion and SED disabled, and write relevant modules relating to encryption (such as password module and encryption key if known) then restart donor as USB and check if client data can be saved.
But depending on the reason you convert to SATA, maybe you can fix problem and return to original condition (i.e. USB interface, SED on, Drive is locked on etc) then decrypt and extract while connected over USB

connection scheme is showed via link in 2nd post of this topic.
How to solder SATA adapter to USB board you can read in this article:

This hard drive can read and write firmware after unlocking the SED,
but it cannot create head bitmap

huangmiaofang, it would be better if you submit a new topic about your issue, because we don't know the story of your drive. Right now you just wrote that some your drive can't create bitmap, it's not enough for correct diagnostics.
