ST2000dm001 init fail

I have ST2000DM001 and when i power on in terminal i got this message:

Boot 0x40M
Spin Up
Trans.

Spin Up
SpinOK
(P) SATA Reset

And it freeze on this.
When i power it up and press CTRL+Z i got terminal mode ready and then i hit CTRL+X and get this message:

Also once i get this message LED:000000BD FAddr:00005657 but only once!
There is no clicking, drive start normaly spindle up normaly no wierd sounds. Falgs DRD DSC are on!

Please help me?
P.S. S.M.A.R.T. reset didnt helped me in terminal level 1 with N1 command.

Hi

I have made to reset media cashe and got drive initialized (followed these instructions: http://www.hddoracle.com/viewtopic.php?f=83&t=1579 ). It is slow initialization but it read HDD ID but i got new message in log:
SMP Dbl: 0x3C001000 - 0x0001FFFF (0x0000000F)
I cannot read SAP, RAP
How can i solve this problem?

If yes, please explain each command and why do you think it is required to use it

I know that my questions are silly, but try to understand I'm beginner in Seagate drivers so I am little bit confused!.
Please, can you tell me how can I fix this situation and is there any chance to get to user data?
This proceudure i used, mentioned above i understand that I have read data from cache memory then i wrote zeroes except last portion and then reinitialize cache?
