hello

i am beginner for data recovery services any one help this problem,

i have segatae 500dm002 kc45 fimware,
overlal error show,smart,alt list not erased show this error..

after try ace blog videos,sys file not read in terminal, i try different terminal baud rates but not read..

Baud rate 921600 doesn't usually work in this family, but rate 921000 usually does. That having been said, an even lower rate might get a better read as it'll force the drive to slow down and might have a better chance at reading the file. By the way, did you check for NRG before trying translator regeneration?

I Never Increase The Baud Rate Like This i am Sure I Am Not Creating a User Error Into It For No Reason .In Case NRG Is There How Do You Personally Approach The Case ?
