files ok in RAW recovery, but invalid with structure

hello world,

In one of my case, I made a hot-swap on a WD6400BEVT.

I image the disk (a lot of black boxes, but 80% are OK)

Then I work on image only.
When I do a raw recovery, it found 30000 jpg files. Most of them are ok.

In explorer, I can't access to the main partition (Root Dir is not valid Operation aborted)
Scan MFT+IDX is poor help, main directory are missing

Search NTFS Structures is better, find almost all files...
I save them, size seems ok, but they are unreadable (corrupt files)

Do you have an explanation ? What can I do for this ?

did you prepare donor properly with adaptives and correct translator? maybe you have shifts in data

Yes, I think so, it's the case we have discuss earlier monthes.

this modules have been transplanted : 31,36,03,40,41,42,43,49,4A,4D

you tell me 50 to 54 not important.
do i miss something ?
