WD5000BEVT-60A0RT0 Shows BSY DRD DSC

I have the above mentioned HDD. On power on DRD DSC ready. When running utility it shows BSY DRD DSC. Does not identify the HDD. Vibration and spinning is all right. There is no knocking. Please help how to recover data

seems like slow responding fix needs to be run. When you load utility increase timeouts and be patient, I think utility will load correctly if you are patient
