Hello, Arihant

Try next:

1. Check patient writing function.
2. Find a donor and copy from it to PC all modules.
3. Connect patient to PC3000 and try to read FID 093 then open 2A.rpm from donor and write it to patient HDD.
4. Re-turn power supply, re-launch utility.

In waiting for your reply.

Try to ger access to terminal.
for it:
1. isolate PCB from HDA in spindle contact place, after few minute it is Ready.
2. remove isolator and return back PCB to HDA.
3. Try to get access to terminal
4. perform /U for run spindle.

p.s. Do you switch off ticks in "Edit HDD ID" ?

You can open "Edit HDD ID" page:

1. Tests -> Service information -> Work with Servise area -> Edit HDD ID

or

2. Tools -> Utility extensions -> View and edit HDD resources.
Goto "System file" tab and find next:

Volume 0x00 File ID 0x0093

After that shows window Edit HDD ID.
You need to switch off all ticks except "Show additional diag msg in terminal", "Media Cache" and "Switch HDD power on\off before saving"
and press OK.
