Hi,

Probably your database doesn't have compatible modules.
What's the model of the drive and firmware?

When you power the drive, enters ready?
When you enter utility, does it display any error message?
Can you acess the sectors of the drive?

Understanding this may give us some ideas how to help you.

When POWER on, DRD and DSC show green light which means Drive ready.

and it show perfectly the model, serial , FW and capacity..

Set Max LBA............................. : No restriction
S.M.A.R.T............................... : Ok
Write cache............................. : enabled

and yes.. after that running express test..got a few yellow and pink blocks..

thats all..

what should i do next? Do i need to change FW ..

I have already done SA structure test..i could give rep file...

and the result is just like above..

what should i do?

Well, first of all you don't need to use Universal Utility, you can use Hitachi utility.
Second, the drive seems to be OK.
What happens when you try to access data with Data Extractor?

You should image the drive to another drive with DE copy data option.
Then you can use r-studio software to check the imaged drive for the data.

You can use DE and click right mouse button over NTFS partition and make Search for NTFS Structures.
