SSD marker error and bit error

Postby gameboybin » 02.07.25, 18:46

Hi everyone. I am trying to reread Marker and bit errors of an Kingston A400 Phison 3111 SSD

What are the options for PC3000 Data Extractor for rereading them. It keeps skipping already read sectors
Many thanks!

Hello guys!

1. When copy will be finished, use Service - Create a submap, and choose all sectors which are NOT GREEN. We need to reread them all.
2. Make a new submap using legend, and select all bad sectors. Clean the map related to all sectors which are not green;
3. Start the rereading process with x10-x20 reading attempts with heating the NAND chips with a hot air gun and temperature +80..+180C (you need to detect best value by raising the temperature step by step with +10C)
With best regards
