ERROR 'PCWDCM~1.DLL help me please

hello suddenly i got this error on the pc-3000 III portable
i reinstalled ,restarted the pc,updated the usb driver . but same! it wont recognize any USB HDD of western digital ...... windows sees the hdd and the hdd is recognized in diagnostic mode! please help

i found two different wiring on the web but im confused...can you tell me which one is the correct?
