Model : WDC WD101EDBZ-11B1DA0
Serial: VH0EH6SM
Firmware : 85.00A85
Capacity : 9314 GB (19 532 873 728*512)
Customer brought this drive in and its been removed from its WD USB enclosure USB3.
Looks like we have no support for this drive yet.
This drive spins up and has faint clicking before it comes ready with full ID but there is no data access.
I tried to diagnose the fault with PC3K, but once I launched the 'Utility start' command, the program generated an error and displayed a popup saying 'Techno key error Device Error Detected: "SUCCESS"'.
Additionally, the client provided me with a twin hard drive that is 99% compatible, and I tried swapping the PCB.
With either the original PCB or the twin PCB, the hard drive doesn't work.
Does anyone know if there is helium or similar gases inside the memory?
Does anyone have any ideas?
Are there any suggestions with solving these drives?

No, these models aren't helium filled.
Generally: when you can see screws on the lid: NO HELIUM.

Makes no difference, the fix normally still works.

It's torn heads or media damage.
Also it's a HGST drive, not WD.
