Well, things are simple - ACELab developers add new loaders after each PC-3000 major release. The new version should be ready in the nearest time, so the new loaders will also appear.
Till that time, I doubt that it would be possible to find solution even if you post a request here. It's not working like this

My support date has just ended. Can i create Tickets just to inform TS Dev the new loaders, firmware that i encounter so for it might be added in the next PC3000 major update???

ACELab developers are not able to add loaders by request. They're usually researching all possible drives that they get in Lab, and add new loaders for upcoming new version release. There is a high chance that the required loader will appear after a major update.
