Sandisk BiCS5 support will appear in the upcoming update. But again, I want to remind you that PC-3000 Forum - is the place where ACELab customers are able to communicate with each other. If you need a help with case support, please contact ts.acelab.eu.com

Passport ID in Utility means nothing. It always shows you the default template, no matter what is the real capacity of the drive. You can see the real capacity only in DE when you make a new task.

Here is the guide about correct loader uploading:

https://blog.acelab.eu.com/pc-3000-ssd- ... t-xt2.html

If your internal drive firmware 100% compatible with the loader, but you got some issues with the final drive initialization - ask your customer about the story of this drive. Probably SSD was formatted, or customer already tried to update FW by himself.

Make sure that all NAND chips IDs are reading fine. There could be a hardware problem with this SSD.

Also, you can try to check neighbour loaders with similar V01XXXX FBiCS5_08 family.
