WD USB - SATA Compatible? 2060-810035-000 REV P0

Postby Hddex » 20.07.22, 17:00

Good day,

I have a 2.5" 5TB WD WD50NDZW-11A8JS1 with a USB PCB - 810035-100 on the sticker and 2060-810035-000 REV P0 on the PCB

I am looking for a compatible SATA PCB for the patient drive. I did not see any updates for this model in the 2.5" USB - SATA thread.

Any input would be appreciated

Thank you

If i remember correctly it has v2 encryption anyway so you need to convert it to SATA.

Thank you for the information about the encryption.

I am aware I need the SATA PCB however, I cannot find any SATA PCB for sale. Do you know if there is a compatible one? or a link for it?

Thanks

I was told to solder a SATA connection to the PCB. Anyone know where to solder the connections on the PCB or have the schematics? :shockable:

You could try to upload a clear picture of how you connected the SATA connections to PCB and how you power the drive.

Hi ,I have the USB to SATA probe PCB,FHDD UTS PC-3000 series adapters support the connection of ROM chips with special cable interfaces. There is no need to weld the ROM chips. Data security. We can read the ROM with the programmer, then use PC-3000 program version 7.1.10 to unlock the ROM, and write back the ROM with the programmer. It can unlock the SED lock of the original circuit board. The original circuit board become an unlock board, read and write the firmware normally, and extract the data normal!
