Silicon Power A55 really supported?

I got the SP A55 drive with SATAS11 issue.

I choose Silicon Power A55 / Hosin Global Phison / Controler HG2258 (PS3111) / Silicon Power A55 family.
Utilities is reported as follows:

Silicon Power A55 can be based on a few different controllers. It could be SM2259XT, it could be SM2258XT, PS3108, PS3109, PS3110, PS3111, HS2258, AS2258.

The question is - what is your real CPU name if you open the drive cover?

At anyway - forum - is not a place where you can get a personal help. For remote support, better to make a new ticket.

Real CPU name - Phison PS3111-S11 as shown at attachment.

Anticipating your answer, I will write that I have also tested all loaders for the regular Phison S11.

You can use any Utility for PS3111. In your first post, you mentioned Controller HG2258 - a bit different model (different FW in compare with PS3111).

So, use SmartBuy vendor and select PS3111. Then load the loaoder and move forward with other steps.

Ok, I will check out SmartBuy although I've already tested all loaders for Phison S11 for the SP S55 and A56 family.

Don't forget that:

1. If you are using PC-3000 Express or UDMA, you should plug PS3109 and PS3111 based drives via PATA to SATA adapter!
2. Drive must be switched into SAFE MODE and be in SAFE all the time - it's important;
3. Make sure that all NAND chips are passing the Memory Chip Test in Utility.

All PS3111 modifications are supported. Drive must return back data

Don't forget that:

1. If you are using PC-3000 Express or UDMA, you should plug PS3109 and PS3111 based drives via PATA to SATA adapter!
2. Drive must be switched into SAFE MODE and be in SAFE all the time - it's important;
3. Make sure that all NAND chips are passing the Memory Chip Test in Utility.

All PS3111 modifications are supported. Drive must return back data

1 - Yes, I remember using the adapter. Anyway, Utilities remind about this.
2 - The drive automatically starts in Safe-Mode. Despite this I keep it shorted all the time.
3 - No NAND chip passes the test as the Utility states as below:

Due to the log info, NAND chips are not reading. Probably something bad with CPU. Try to swap the NAND chips:
