WD40EZAZ-19SF3B0 loading 190 error using 7.2.15

This is a good hard disk. I used the PC3000-UDMAE - 7.1.10 version to load and parse the 190 module, and everything was OK. However, if I used the latest version of 7.2.15, the following errors occurred during loading. The attachment contains the 190 module and logs.
