Task Creation Error

I hope all of you are good , I have a query regarding to Pc 3000 Extracter
When I create New Task Then a Dialogue Box Appear that shows Error

Never seen that error - I would reinstall PC3000 or check setting for "Working folder" in DE

What is your working folder as digitalsupport mentioned, we usually put it in dirve D, if yours in drive c it may need Administrator privilege to get access !
