can not create new Task in DE since yesterday

I was working in a Task and after close it and create a new one I've got this message every time:

I have had that a few times. Close down PC-3000, go into Task Manager and close all open instances of PC-3000. Restart Windows Explorer. Try again.

Or, restore files from backup folder and recalc stats.
