How I've tried so far

- BOOT CODE mode on startup
- Read 3.3v, 2.5v, 1.8v rom with terminal 3


I need an unlock patch, but I can't read the rom. Is there any other way?

If you haven't done it already, try isolating head contacts and try again. This has worked in the past with similar problem.
