Module 03 checksum error

Hello guys,

Module 03............................... : Checksum error

WDC ROM MODEL-ZEPHYR
WD500BMVW-11AMCS2

The drive came with BSY very long then power off with ERR.

So if i write in module 03 from another drive , it will initiate with info . but will not access data.
if i write back patient module 03 it will BSY very long then power off with ERR.

I also tried to write useless words at useless modules area to test if the heads can read and write modules and all heads is able to write modules properly.

Any idea how to save this data?
