Which family should I choose for the new drive
WD80EZAZ-11TDBA0?

It is from bestbuy easystore 8TB, look like a Hitachi drive.

Thanks.

They're Hitachis, currently not supported in PC3000.

Hi,
Thanks to reply.
How about this one, WD80EFAX?
It looks like a Hitachi, too, with similar cover, but manufactured early in 2018.

Thank.

Can PC3000 unlock this one?
It should be a WD drive, we can see the PCB look like a WD.
Is the family Venicer?
I can not get going by short TV9 and TV10.

Thanks.
