MQ02ABF050H READ PROBLEM

I received TOSHIBA MQ02ABF050H drive for recovery. It look like good sweep and can read CP data. but whole customer's data can't read. (ABR ERR) I connect serial and try HDD config (flash parameter cache) but it can't select (push).
Next I swapped ROM to our donor board and result was same... In that time any method have use PC-3000?

Thank you for reply and I watched that article. It's mean, I read that there is no publicly available information on how to fix this problem. I will ROM other forum for Data recovery. (PC-3000 don't support yet...)
