I have Toshiba 1TB surveillance Hard drive. Details are below:
Model : TOSHIBA HDWU110
Serial : Y9G41XPES
Firmware : MU2OA8R0
Capacity : 931.51 GB (1 953 525 168)

When I connect this drive to PC3K, it gets ready without any problem. I want to know to which family this drive belongs to, to make its SA backup. I connect it to PC3K, power on, click Utilities Auto detect. PC3K shows me as follow
HDD Vendors: Toshiba
Utilities: 2.5 inch family
Supported Families : .........NONE.

Please let me know to which family this drive belongs to. And How to backup it's SA.

I don't think this drive is supported at the moment, so the utility will not autodetect it. You can try to select a random family using the Hitachi utility. That may allow you to at least make a backup. However as its new the FW could be locked.
