moose no spin led:000000ce

Hi,
I've a st3500820as sd81 (moose 27) with no spin and led:000000ce (sometimes cc) issue.
Sorry but I'm a newbie, so have patience.
When I power on, it tries (with a vibration) to spin up and keep trying ...but nothing.
After 30s ( about 15 vibrations) I turn it off to preserve...

1)I can access terminal

2)I can save Rom file with boot code

WARNING!
In Boot Code mode HDD have shortened commands set!
For full-mode work via utility you have to switch HDD power supply OFF/ON!


3)I tested resistence values in spindle contacts (about 2.8ohm)

4)I've tried this solution from ACE ... with spindle isolation but fails while spinnig up

5)So I tried ...

- spindle isolation
- power on
- utility
- on terminal ctrl+z
- F3 T>/2
- F3 2>Z

Spin Down Complete
Elapsed Time 0.140 msecs
- remove isolation
- F3 2>U
but now terminal stucks...no reply

6) on terminal ctrl+l

It´s a hardware issue. Terminal won´t help you to solve it.
Most probably it´s a spindle seizure or head stiction case.
