My Toshiba DT01ACA050 (Hitachi ARM 7210DLE6) drive gives the following error on connection. It also do not show the HDD ID.

How does the drive behave, how are heads looking under microscope, is the drive spinning or clicking ?

No there is no noise of clicking and spinning from the drive

I have the same issue. Even with the head changed. No noise. Drive is spinning
