WD7500BPVX Loader upload problem

Hi everybody

I'm faceing a new problem that I can't handle right now.

The drive is a WD7500BPVX-22JC3T0, It is clicking when I got it. I opened the drive to check platter, looks OK. It's a 3 head model, I found in stock a drive with the same model,fw,date between 2 months and dcm (TJ/TJ) and check it after open. Logical headmap is the same, but physically donor has 4 head. (As I know it's not problem.)
I swapped head and patient is spinning, no clicking sound and earn ready state but no ID. I try to block SA acces and upload loader, from the surface, from database, and from local backup also.

Drive can read dir, modul 2 and 1B from the surface but it's stuck at busy when try to upload 11(main ata overlay).
If I try to upload it from file/database I get time out error, or unexpected error.

The most annoying part is that the drive is spinning and I can hear that head is in the surface.
Without modul 11 I can't edit RAM headmap, or anything.

If somebody has any idea I would be gratefull if you share it with me.

Did you block the SA in the ROM?

Oh, I forgot to write that, yes, I tried it with blocked SA and with allowed SA also. And I try with donor panel also.

Have you tied altering the ROM head map. Will the loader work on another head?

Yes, I did a ROM headmap edit, tried each head. With single head (this case it's 0) the loader uploaded once (try it about 5 time) but with this head it can't read dir and mod 02. With switched on head 1 it's impossible to load loader, but can read Dir and Mod02. I think this is a weak head issue, but I don't realy understand this.

Sometimes even after timeout error overlays may still load, if you refresh ID after timeout error and you see XYZ displayed under SN then loader upload has worked ok

Thank you for your answer.

After I edited ROM headmap, with head 0 I can load loader(11,1B) and from file I can upload DIR & MOD02 but drive can't init. stuck at busy after trying to start in normal mode. I think this head just likely compatible, so right now, I'm waiting a new donor. I will write the results when it's arrive.
