busy seagate st2000dm001

disk is 3.5 seagate ,disk is busy, What can be the issue

For DM series a repeating "FAIL Servo Op=0100 Resp=0003" and/or "FAIL Servo Op=0100 Resp=0007" is typically head failure. If head-0 has not failed you can sometimes gain access by editing the head map. Backup ROM before any modifications :)
