There are a solution for ST1000LM014 with lvd5 firmware?

The disk remain bsy for 10 minutes, after spin on the motor and when i check an operation with utility the disk return bsy

The terminal don't work.
I've send ctrl + t anc ctrl + z but I haven't any response.

As soon as power on is made, what does terminal show - this is what digitalsupport means - the output on powering can indicate if there is some physical issue or some issue with NAND memory

I'm not sure it's NAND issue. It looks like translator or some system file issue.
Does the drive stop after some time?

The drive going ready after 20 minutes, and when i send a command or i going in the utility for check the sa the drive return bsy and don't go out if I don't turn off.
