not sector read

hi
i have a h.d.d
Model : MAXTOR STM3160211AS
Serial : 5PT1CPV2
Firmware : 3.AAE
Capacity : 149.05 GB (312 581 808)
this h.d.d id ok
but when in DE very very slow sector read
and output terminal is :
Failed sys sect. write! Nwt Er 7b RdWriwot: 97f29ff7 b6 97f29ff7.0.88f 0000 005f 0000 006a
DiskAccess ReadSector EC=43 at 001696.00.0482

CE Log ErrCode=43 LBA=f5484a Type=5Failed sys sect. write! Nwt Er 7b RdWr 1614d.01.0059

and read any sector output terminal :

sometimes HDD takes longer to reach ready than utility is expecting - does it eventually come DSC DRDY after a few minutes after any errors? what does terminal log look like once it has failed to complete?

also, baud rate you are using is very slow. You can often increase this to maximum with no poor consequences and this will allow you to work much faster.
