WD10JMVW USB Drive shows RAM reading error

Hello,
I have WD10JMVW firebird family USB Drive.
PCB was bad. Soldered ROM to Compatible SATA PCB.
Saved all modules and did " Solve slow responding Problem".
Now when starting the HDD it shows RAM reading error.
Picture attached.
Any solution please
