ROM Write Stops at the Middle

ROM Write stops at the middle of this one.
No error message, nothing, just hangs...
Tested in 2 different PCB, it's same

What can be the issue?

I would try lowering the COM port speed (baud rate).

I think it's a bug. It has finished writing the ROM successfully, but it thinks the ROM is double the size it actually is. Just power off/on and you'll see it's been written.
