redlabs, unreadable only some sectors at the middle of the drive, or you can not see the end of drive? How many LBA do you read? What after F3 T>V4 and V40?

Surface scanning timeout!
Grow up the ATA timeout then restart auto-recovery or proceed manually!

Hello,

If you get access to the first and to the last LBA then there is no something problem with translator and unavailable sectors can be bad head(s), scratch on the surface or bad blocks.

If you can't read from someone LBA till the end of drive then it's problem with translator. Follow blog articles or contact Technical support regarding your case.

P.S.

As you can see for such procedure utility ask to grown up timeout value.
You can do it in utility settings.
