"Task parameters saving with sleep" stops working

Postby Cris » 18.06.17, 14:58

Hello Everyone

I noticed that sometimes the "Task parameters saving with sleep" stops working after performing certain actions, and only does "Task parameters saving" without putting the drive to sleep.

For example (above), shows that "Task parameters saving with sleep" does not occur after clicking on the drive (2 - PC3000 SATA0 (PhysicalSector = 4096) [SectorSize = 512]).

I have noticed the problem in these builds:

Data Extractor Build: 5.6.4 (U).3355
Data Extractor Build: 5.6.3 (U).3354

I am a new user, so the problem may be in earlier versions.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Thanks
Cris

Hello Cris,

What PC-3000 version do you use?

Hi Dmitriy

Sorry for the delay replying; I only just noticed your post.

I'm using PC-3000 UDMA (H/W Revision 2.1); however the problem went away when I upgraded to the following version:

Data Extractor Build: 5.6.8 (U).3359

So everything is working fine at the moment :)

Regards
Cris
