need help for wd10jmvw-11s5xs1

Hi,
I connected wd10jmvw-11s5xs1 by USB and serial cable and I got the following errors:

Is the board broken?

Hello ,
Remove board from HDA assembly .Then Connect To USB and Serial Cable Wait For 5 Minutes Then Run USB/Serial Western Digital Tool .Select Kernel Mode From Mode Selection on top ,Then Please Post Result Here .Once if it reaches kernel mode properly backup complete rom and also rom modules .Please tell me the USB pcb no so that i can assist you further

Isolated board works better, no more ROM and RAM errors.
