It's a controller with dynamic XOR. Anyway, it's possible to solve it using dynamic XOR pattern for CBM2096\2098

I still have a question, xor have to choose in data preparation / dynamic xor? But who is that good? How do I pick it up later to remove bad columns? Or before xor? Sorry for my English, I'm learning it. :)

If your chip is TLC (block size is 192, 258 or 516 pages), then you should check the Bad Columns first - they might be in your case. More about Bad Bytes you can read here:
http://blog.acelab.eu.com/how-to-de ... -dump.html

Dynamic XOR should be applied from Dynamic XOR string in Data Preparation. Your dynamic XOR should have the same Block size and the same Page size, as the XOR from the list.
