Originally it was just one bad head.
I've imaged all except that bad head.
I've tried changing heads twice already but get the same error:
(DOS) Table Read FAIL
FAIL Op=0155 Resp=0005
FAIL Op=0065 Resp=0005
FAIL Op=0165 Resp=0005
No HOST FIS-ReadyStatusFlags 0002A185
Stays BSY. Anyone have any clues?

Work still in progress but it may have something to do with corrupt sys files that need to be repaired.
It was an insanely strange and complicated problem. 2 guys were working on it and it took forever... But it got solved. No idea what the problem was though
