Change parameters (source and destination)

Hi ACE TEAM

I need to know if it's possible to change the imaging parameters (source and destination).

For instance: I'm imaging a drive from Sata0 to USB and later I need to connect on Sata1 to continue.

Why I'm asking??
Sometimes while imaging, heads fail and I need to get another donor, so the case stops for a while. After getting the new heads, I want to continue the case, but Sata0 is busy with another case (that could take a few days.
So, how to continue?? I don't want to start a new task.
