When starting utility, the Terminal shows logs as follows, Rotating is normal

Boot 0x40M

The issue is most likely related to the media cache. It's very common on Grenada family drives. Need to establish a terminal connection and tweak system file 93 to disable it.

If terminal is not available - try to short a reading channel on the PCB and check a terminal access by Ctrl+Z.
Is it available for now?

I am not able to get terminal access.. Reading channel short also no use. finally i have decided to drop the case and return to the customer.

Wow, you give up quick. It takes a lot of practice to get the timing right when shorting these if the media cache is really acting up, but it generally can be done (unless it's one of the really new ones where the terminal is totally locked)

Why would you think the "RECOV Servo Op=0900 Resp=0005" relates to media cache when "RECOV Servo Op=0900" usually indicates a head issue?

If it were bad heads on this model, it'd click and spin back down. OP said it's spinning normally. Possibly it has some firmware corruption as well, but I doubt heads in this case.

I am not able to o read ROM through BOOTCODE option . Any body can tell the " shortpoint " of the particular model.
once again I wanted to read the ROM information via boot code access. I wanted to disable one head of hdd

please throw some lights on it...
