TVS Diode at ST3360320AS

Could someone help to identify the TVS Diode at ST3360320AS? There is an issue with 12V.
Could it be the marked?

I had guessed, but one will be for 5V and the other is for 12V? But is the red marked for 12V?

Yes, the one you have marked is 12v. To figure it out yourself, look at the SATA power pinout and see which pins are 5v and which are 12v. Pins 13-14-15 are the 12v rail, pins 7-8-9 are the 5v rail. You can see clearly pin 9 goes to the diode on the left, so the other is the 12v TVS. You could measure the resistant between the diodes and the power pins to confirm.
