Is This a USB PCB ,Sorry i did not check the same on google ,But if it is you need to match mcu and motor controller and nothing to do with Ram chip in my humble opinion

ABB - SATA, I guess model match alone with ROM transfer would be ok, but pay attention to RAM and MCU as they can vary between PCBs
