Is there a solution by recharging rom from donor hard ?

I'd love to see Ace add the ability to regenerate a Seagate F3 ROM, but don't believe there is a solution at the moment.

There is at least one guy I know who claims to be able to regenerate the ROM for most Seagate F3 series drives. But he charges a small fortune and isn't willing to share his technique with anyone. PM me if you want to get in touch with him. I can probably look him back up.
