How to add New chip 0x98DE9092 Chip in flash

I have one 8 GB SDHC monolith Card.
Top Side Marking is 4432cfq23426 008g

It is detectd in pc3000 flash tools as new chip 0x98DE9092-72500814.

in the data base their is similar type chips - toshiba 0x98de9892 found.
Try with it but not sucess.

This chip has internal connection problems so it is wrong ID.

I can't. If you have access to XRAY with very high resolution you can make photo and analyze where is the problem. Than try make cross. It will be hard and tricky job.

Of course Removing that section layers and then exposing those points and jumpering them should be a very precise and complex job
