HTS541075A9E680, which family?

First of all, I'm sorry if this is posted to the wrong sub-forum. I don't know if this is ARM or M24...

I have a HGST 5K1000-750 HTS541075A9E680 that I need to remove the password from.

Which family should I select?

Manual family: HTS5410***9E***

No, it's actually an ARM. 2.5" family 5410A9. The 7200 RPM is the other one, but the 5400 is ARM. Threw me for a loop the first time too.
