Unlock the Hitachi drive HTS545050A7E380

Hello.
Got one drive HTS545050A7E380(thin ,2 heads) which belong to SAMSUNG Laptop,its security-locked,follow the instructions in the UDMA-E,can not unlock it.already tried many times.
is there any spicial trick or support this model not very well?
