Having trouble with Data Extractor

Postby jeyk » 14.04.16, 21:29

I am having trouble making new tasks in my DE. This is the error:

Error: CreateTask - TTask.Create - Error: TTask.Create - CreateDrive - Cannot perform operation --DB is not open.

I don't want to reinstall the software unless I absolutely have to, I'm hoping someone has a good fix for me.

It should be. Is there any way I can check? I think what might have happened was some files got moved from the /bin folder.

I am now having this problem. Why was there never an answer posted? Is it because no one found one?

I have had this or something like this occur a couple times. (I'm not sure it's exactly the same though). A complete power down of the computer and restart fixed both times.

Hello,

In these cases, try to close the utility and shut down amd power on computer.
Else try to re-install software.

The problem is how the task was created without saving sectors and then it was not connected.
