Two reported number in DE..... what are they?

Postby osity » 22.03.16, 01:16

In data extractor, under the status tab... its displays 2 transfers speeds. i.e: 734kb/19.6MB/s

Why does is list two numbers? If the second number is the transfer speed whats the first number?

Hi Amarbir....
That doesn't sound useful. I don't think that's what it is . If I had to guess I would guess the two are current file imaging progress, and total transfer speed. But I would like confirmation if anyone else Knows. Thanks

Why would you think the source and destination transfers speeds would be different? That wouldn't work because they have to sych with each other for it to work at all.

I think it's current speed and average speed.

I guess that makes you 100% wrong :D . 300DDR is correct, it's current speed / average speed. That's why the first number changes every two seconds, but the latter one is more gradual.

Thanks for the info guys!!
Current speed and average speed makes sense.
There was nothing about it in the manual.

Hi ,
The Info Is Like This

1 : Some Number(Some number)/Some Number

So is we talk about some number/some number i am correct ,But if you talk about some number(some number)/some number the (some number ) is average speed when its reading .I was not wrong .

Well,
The Question is Confusing To Began With " Atleast For Me " .Under the Status Tab the Following Are the Sub Parameters

Process , Parameter , Value ,Percentage % , Speed ,Time ,started And finished

Now You Just Said " In data extractor, under the status tab... its displays 2 transfers speeds. i.e: 734kb/19.6MB/s " .this Means you are reffering to 6th parameter in status tab .I Kept On Flipping My Mind From Value Parameter Tab To Speed .Then i Took a Deep Breath and Again Saw The Tabs And i Think The Speed Parameter Tab Indeed In Current Speed/Average Speed [ But i Would Like Ace To Give a Final Reply ] ,Sorry Bro :(
