I have HDD Model WD10EZRX family Trailxls.
The hdd spins down after sometime.
Blocked SA in kernel mode.
Now spinning OK.
Loaded Dir into RAM.
Can read all modules by ID.
But when trying to read by ABA after reducing by one in search modules, it does not read.
I have saved all the modules by ID.
Any solution, help or guidance please.
Thanks in advance.

Imnew, the problem could be in weak of head(s), or in Slow Responding.
Try to solve the Slow Responding issue using this articles: http://blog.acelab.eu.com/pc-3000-h ... oblem.html and http://blog.acelab.eu.com/pc-3000-h ... rives.html
If it won't help, play with RAM head map: http://blog.acelab.eu.com/ram-head- ... -case.html

Amarbir[CDR-Labs], Sir, I agree, it took some time.
But it's better to answer a bit late, than no answer at all
BTW, if customer wants an urgent help, he always can visit our Technical Support Center: http://ts.acelab.eu.com/ and contact us using the tickets or Live Chat.
